What We Collect

When you take a mock interview, we record your spoken answers (audio) in order to transcribe and evaluate them. We also collect basic account information (such as your email) when you sign in, and interview results (transcripts, scores, and feedback) associated with your account.

If you choose to provide additional information such as a resume or job description text to personalize an interview, that content is processed only to generate relevant interview questions and is not shared publicly.

How We Use Voice Recordings

Audio you record during a mock interview is sent to our transcription and AI evaluation services (including OpenAI Whisper for transcription and OpenAI models for scoring and feedback) solely to generate your transcript, score, and feedback. We do not use your voice recordings to train third-party models beyond what these processors do to deliver the service, and we do not sell voice data.

AI-Generated Evaluation

Interview scores, feedback, and readiness assessments are generated by AI models based on your spoken answers. These evaluations are automated and may not be perfectly accurate. They are intended as preparation guidance only — see our Terms of Service for details.

Data Retention & Access

Your interview history, transcripts, and scores are stored so you can review your progress over time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We do not share your individual interview data with third parties except the service providers (such as our AI and transcription providers) necessary to deliver the product.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details on our servers.
